Zack wanted to take me somewhere nice. He chose Columbos in Eagle Lake. Nice is the wrong word, but perfect is the BEST world.  Everyone here is in their 60s or a giant Latino family.  It's very weird.

He chose it because it has live jazz. I like to go to jazz places (hashtag bohemiaNOLA).  They even confirmed on the phone that jazz was tonight...

We are here and it is definitely not a jazz band.  It's an all Philipino smooth rock band. 

It's a Badly English translated James Taylor cover band.

The food is okay. In the bathroom is a framed poster for "That's My Boy".  The Adam Sandler movie.

It's the worst Valentines day ever.

And by worst I mean best.
